Justyce is a recent college graduate from Virginia Commonwealth University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Business with a concentration in Management/Business Administration. As a student, Justyce held multiple leadership roles and was a part of many organizations such as the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Residence Hall Honorary, and VCU ASPiRE.
From her membership with VCU ASPiRE, a living-learning program promoting community engagement through academic coursework and co-curricular experiences, Justyce has been able to give back to the Richmond community through direct service and has volunteered with many organizations including the Mary and Frances Youth Center and FRIENDS Association for Children.
In the summer of 2018, Justyce started her internship with Robins Foundation and upon her graduation she received the opportunity to join the staff full-time as the Special Projects Coordinator.
TELL US SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be a doctor, but then I soon realized that science was not my favorite subject.
What is your favorite thing/place/activity/meal in Richmond?
My favorite place would have to be Charm School. I love their ice cream!
What is your biggest fear or pet peeve?
I am afraid of heights!
What is your favorite cereal?
My favorite cereal is Honey Nut Cheerios—I know, boring right?
Finally, what is the thing you love most about working at Robins?
I love the family atmosphere and I get that feeling every time I walk into our office.
